Channeling and disclosure of personal data
CAP Sport undertakes not to sell, rent or in any way publish and/or disclose the personal data of visitors/users/members of capsport.gr to any third party.
Product returns
They can take place within 10 working days and the following conditions apply:
Before any return, you must first be contacted by e-mail at info@capsport.gr or by telephone at 2310 553994 in order to be registered, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
If the product is defective, it is returned at the recipient's expense and after we check the product, we send you a new one at no extra cost.
Returned products must be in the original condition as when you received them.
They must be in their original packaging and properly packed so that it is not damaged upon return.
Have no tool marks.
If any of the above conditions do not apply, then the return is cancelled and you will be charged the shipping costs.
Refunds
They do not take place.
The indicated prices of the products include the legal VAT.
